About the role#
The College to Corporate IT Internship is a hands-on program where you will explore the fundamentals of technical product management. You will work alongside experienced product managers, engineers, and designers to understand client needs and support the delivery of technology solutions. This summer program offers mentorship, professional development, and exposure to modern product management practices.
What you'll do#
- Support product managers in researching user needs and identifying opportunities to improve digital products.
- Participate in product discovery, including user research, feedback analysis, and hypothesis development.
- Translate business and user requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers, data analysts, and designers to support product delivery and continuous improvement.
- Gain experience with Agile practices, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Develop technical knowledge in areas such as APIs, cloud platforms, data flows, and system integrations.
- Use data and performance metrics to support recommendations and inform product decisions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Technology, Analytics, Engineering, or Product Management.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred.
- Strong interest in technology, digital product management, and creating solutions that improve client outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make evidence-based recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across teams in a collaborative environment.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid summer 2027 internship.
- Locations: Malvern, PA; Charlotte, NC; or Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX.
- Work modality: Hybrid.
