About the role#
The Product Management Intern position is part of the 14-week Questrade Future Leaders Internship Program (QFLIP) running from May to August 2027. You will work with the product team to define and build features that impact the financial lives of Canadians. The internship includes a 12-week core product rotation followed by a 2-week rotation shadowing an executive as their Chief of Staff.
What you'll do#
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to scope, build, and ship products.
- Conduct customer interviews and user research to validate problems and test solutions.
- Translate customer and market insights into clear product requirements and prototypes.
- Build functional prototypes and proofs-of-concept using low-code or no-code tools.
- Work with engineers on technical details like APIs and data models to inform product decisions.
- Shadow an executive on the leadership team as their Chief of Staff for two weeks.
What you'll need#
- Currently in your 3rd or 4th year of undergraduate studies in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Data Science.
- Experience or interest in product management, UX design, user research, or rapid prototyping.
- Technical skills in coding, scripting, or working with data and APIs.
- Experience using AI tooling for personal productivity or development projects.

- Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000 base salary range.
