About the role#
We are looking for a Product Management Intern to join our team for the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, paid internship based in Coppell, Texas. You will work on-site to help us optimize product performance and support our payment solutions platform.
What you'll do#
- Identify and research opportunities to improve product performance, revenue, and profitability.
- Write business and functional requirements, including project phasing and success criteria.
- Gather and analyze data to build business cases and product recommendations.
- Test new ideas to better understand how customers use our products.
- Communicate feature functionality to internal stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business Administration degree program.
- Knowledge of eCommerce concepts.
- Strong writing skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using LucidChart.
- Ability to work effectively across different teams.
