About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to join the Digital Technology organization. You will work alongside engineers, data scientists, and business leaders to solve technical challenges. Interns contribute to projects that support the safety and mission readiness of our customers. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support and improve digital tools, systems, and engineering workflows.
- Develop or enhance software, data pipelines, and cloud-based applications.
- Assist with system administration, infrastructure operations, and high-performance computing environments.
- Drive automation and process optimization across digital initiatives.
- Contribute to enterprise architecture, data analysis, and integration work.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or Information Systems.
- Experience with Python, Java, C#, or other programming languages.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- U.S. citizenship is required to access program information.
