About the role#
Our Summer Associate Program is an 8-week experience designed to immerse you in the work of a consulting firm. You will work across various disciplines to help solve business challenges for our clients. This is not a shadow program. You will contribute to research, analysis, and strategy development, gaining experience that mirrors the role of a full-time Associate.
What you'll do#
- Conduct primary and secondary research on industries, markets, and customer behavior.
- Build business acumen to identify the drivers of client success.
- Synthesize interviews, data, and market scans into a coherent point of view.
- Analyze data, shape hypotheses, and create persuasive presentations.
- Contribute to creative problem-solving and storytelling.
- Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams focused on growth, brand, and transformation projects.
- Apply traditional research tools and AI to your project work.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Support firm growth through proposals, office initiatives, and thought leadership.
- Engage in regular mentorship and feedback sessions.
What you'll need#
- Rising senior status pursuing a BA or BS degree.
- Demonstrated strong academic performance.
- Well-developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working with AI tools for research and synthesis.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and a passion for company growth and transformation.
- A curious mind with a commitment to testing new approaches.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and comfort with ambiguity.
- Majors in Business Administration or Economics are preferred.
