About the role#
The Summer Associate Program provides a foundation for students to learn our approach to consulting. You will work across the firm with partners, designers, and strategists to understand our clients and their growth goals. This program is designed to develop your skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Dig into industries, markets, and customer behaviors to understand growth drivers.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to uncover insights.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to answer strategic questions on brand, marketing, and transformation.
- Analyze data and participate in ideation sessions to shape project hypotheses.
- Turn research into persuasive deliverables like decks, frameworks, and presentations.
- Support business development, proposals, and office initiatives.
- Refine your perspective through feedback from senior teammates and clients.
What you'll need#
- Rising senior status earning a BA or BS degree with demonstrated academic performance.
- Well-developed critical thinking, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of and interest in brand, digital, and marketing strategy.
- A curious mind and a commitment to testing new approaches and learning new skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt to changing project circumstances.
