About the role#
The Summer Associate program at Prophet is designed to build a strong foundation in consulting. You will dive into the details of our business and work to understand our clients, their growth goals, and their customers. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including partners, designers, insights specialists, and content strategists to address complex challenges. This role aims to develop your consulting skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Research industries, markets, and customer behaviors to understand how shifting trends impact client growth.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to uncover insights that drive transformation.
- Analyze data, participate in ideation sessions, and shape hypotheses.
- Turn research into persuasive deliverables like decks and frameworks.
- Present actionable recommendations to internal leaders and clients.
- Contribute to business development, proposals, and office initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams on strategic questions regarding brand, marketing, and growth.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior earning a BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.
- Demonstrated academic performance.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of and passion for brand, digital, and marketing strategy.
- A curious mind and an unrelenting commitment to finding answers.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship based in Chicago, Illinois.
- The term is for Summer 2027.
