Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role#

Prophet is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern for the Summer 2026 term. This role offers hands-on experience within the People team, focusing on the recruitment and development of talent. Interns will support active searches, contribute to employer branding, and assist in managing the intern community experience.

What you'll do#

• Provide full-cycle recruiting support, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
• Manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Design and execute engagement touchpoints and programming for incoming interns prior to their start date.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives, including content creation and materials for career fairs.
• Assist with campus recruiting strategy, including the development of materials and planning for fall events.
• Help track referral program activity and prepare hiring metrics and reports for the Talent Acquisition team.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Status as a rising senior with a graduation date of Fall/Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• A genuine curiosity about talent acquisition and a desire for ownership over specific deliverables.

• Modality: Hybrid (4 days per week in office).
• Type: Full-time, paid internship at $27/hr.
