About the role#
Prophet is looking for a Recruiting Intern to join our People team for the summer of 2026. You will work directly with recruiters and hiring managers to support active searches and help build our intern community. This role offers hands-on experience in a consulting environment, where you will contribute to real hiring initiatives and employer branding projects.
What you'll do#
- Support full-cycle recruiting by assisting with sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding preparation.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Design and execute engagement programs for incoming interns, managing specific touchpoints from offer acceptance to their first day.
- Create content for recruitment marketing, including job postings and social media materials.
- Assist with campus recruiting efforts, including the development of materials and planning for fall events.
- Track referral activity and prepare hiring metrics to support the Talent Acquisition team.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- High level of organization and attention to detail when managing multiple tasks.
- A genuine curiosity about talent and the people side of business.
- A desire to take ownership of specific deliverables and projects.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based in New York, New York.
- The role operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring 4 days per week in the office.
- This position is open to students graduating in Fall/Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027.
