About the role#
Our Summer Associate Program is an 8-week internship designed to teach you the fundamentals of consulting. You will work across the firm with colleagues from various disciplines to solve real business challenges. This is not a shadow program. From day one, you will take on meaningful responsibility, work directly with leaders and clients, and contribute to top-line growth. We aim to help you build skills that keep you ahead in the business world while providing mentorship and regular feedback.
What you'll do#
- Dig into industries, markets, and customer behavior using primary and secondary research.
- Blend creative and analytical thinking to understand how brand, culture, digital, and operations work together.
- Synthesize interviews, data, and market scans to form a clear point of view and drive to the core of a business problem.
- Analyze data, shape hypotheses, and turn research into persuasive presentations and frameworks.
- Present recommendations to internal leaders and clients.
- Collaborate on complex challenges across multidisciplinary teams.
- Use the full consulting toolkit, including AI, to innovate and amplify your research.
- Take ownership of project work by flagging risks and staying accountable for quality and deadlines.
- Contribute to firm growth and culture by supporting proposals, office initiatives, and social events.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior earning a BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.
- Demonstrated academic performance.
- Well-developed critical thinking, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Comfort working with AI tools for research and synthesis.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and a genuine passion for understanding what transforms companies.
- A curious mind and the ability to adapt to changing directions.
