    About the role#

    This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Tucson, Arizona. You will work on-site to support test equipment development for aviation and aerospace components.

    What you'll do#

    • Design structures, assemblies, and mechanisms.
    • Perform detailed design and drafting work following ASME Y14.5 standards.
    • Support the procurement and testing of development hardware.
    • Manage suppliers and subcontractors.
    • Coordinate across functional teams to advance designs.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in a Bachelor's or graduate degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
    • Completion of at least your freshman year by the start of Summer 2027.
    • U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
    • Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) per ASME Y14.5.
    • Experience with Creo modeling and drafting.
    • Experience with Windchill and configuration management.
