About the role#
As a Mechanical Engineer Intern, you will support our mechanical team with daily design and project development tasks. You will gain hands-on experience in mechanical system design, equipment selection, and construction observation while working under the mentorship of a professional engineer. This role requires collaboration with team members to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
What you'll do#
- Perform load calculations and select equipment for specific projects.
- Attend construction meetings and visit sites to observe and report on technical findings.
- Communicate professionally with the mechanical team, other disciplines, and clients.
- Manage your time to balance multiple project deadlines.
- Seek guidance from mentors to ensure design accuracy and project completion.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with Junior or Senior status preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team setting and listen to others.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Commitment to maintaining high integrity and ethical standards.
- A desire to grow professionally and produce quality engineering work.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position.
- Compensation: Paid internship.
