About the role#
This internship focuses on the life cycle management of aviation and mission products. You will work alongside experienced engineers and managers to support product planning and operations. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027 requiring on-site work in Richardson, Texas. Please note that U.S. citizenship is required for this role.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and oversight of the complete product life cycle.
- Perform systems analyses to determine optimal support concepts.
- Influence the design and operations of avionics products through technical analysis.
- Develop maintenance planning and management strategies.
- Document support requirements within logistics database records.
- Mitigate supply chain risks, including diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree program in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
- Completion of at least 60 credit hours by the start of the internship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience gained through coursework, research, projects, or previous work.
