About the role#
The HR Operations Co-op supports core HR functions by executing transactional tasks and maintaining data integrity. This role works within structured guidelines to ensure that daily operations run smoothly and accurately. You will partner with cross-functional teams and handle high-volume, process-driven responsibilities in a professional office environment.
What you'll do#
- Execute daily HR transactional tasks to support operational needs.
- Manage shared communication channels and respond to inquiries.
- Coordinate candidate logistics and schedule interviews.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and documentation.
- Send first-day communications, including manager calendar invites and new hire surveys.
- Support compliance efforts through audits and related reviews.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple assignments effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for all levels of the organization.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract requirements.
- Eligibility for a DoD Personal Security Clearance.

- Location: Tampa, Florida.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 15-29 hours per week.
