About the role#
This is a full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in El Segundo, California. You will work on-site to support the development and testing of radar systems. This position requires an active and transferable U.S. government Secret security clearance, which must be held prior to your start date. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain this clearance.
What you'll do#
- Write requirements for test equipment.
- Create drawings for test equipment using CAD tools.
- Perform checkout of panels and cables.
- Handle integration and testing of special test equipment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or advanced degree program in Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Completion of at least 60 credit hours by the start of the internship.
- Prior internship experience with RTX.
- Experience with CAD software such as Creo, Orcad, or equivalent tools.
