About the role#
As a Human Resources Undergraduate Intern, you will participate in a 10-week summer program designed to provide real-world experience within the financial services industry. You will gain exposure to a specific line of business while working alongside HR professionals to support organizational goals. This role offers the opportunity to develop professional skills, network with peers and business representatives, and contribute to the strategic functions of the HR department.
What you'll do#
- Assist with core activities across various HR functions, including Learning and Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Metrics.
- Support internal projects and apply academic knowledge to drive business results.
- Engage in social learning opportunities, such as mentoring, job shadowing, and community outreach.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver insights and guidance regarding the employee experience.
- Network with business representatives and fellow interns to build professional connections.
What you'll need#
- Currently working toward a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or Labor Relations.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Demonstrated interest in human resources through previous internships, work experience, coursework, or related projects.
- Strong analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and the ability to work with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a professional environment.

- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
