About the role#
We are looking for a Talent and Culture Intern to join our team in Lawrence. This role is for someone interested in learning about company culture, team member engagement, and business operations. You will support initiatives that bring our values to life, maintain our workspace, and assist with various projects across the Talent and Culture team.
What you'll do#
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and community events.
- Develop ideas to enhance workplace culture and the employee experience.
- Support internal communication efforts and execute gifting campaigns.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent and Culture team and assist with event logistics.
- Partner with team members on special projects, research, and process improvement efforts.
- Support other business operations initiatives.
- Complete a Capstone project based on a business need.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in event planning, hospitality, or team member engagement is a plus.
