About the role#
Glenmede is hiring an HR Intern for a 10-week program during Summer 2027. This role provides hands-on experience in a professional services environment, covering talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and data analytics. You will work alongside a collaborative team to support the firm's HR functions.
What you'll do#
- Support daily HR tasks, including recruiting, onboarding, and administrative processes.
- Assist with various short-term projects across the HR department.
- Identify and suggest ways to optimize current processes to improve efficiency.
- Participate in program events such as networking, volunteer opportunities, and a final group project.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, specifically as a rising senior graduating between May 2028 and December 2028.
- Preference for Business Administration majors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and sound judgment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- Modality: Hybrid, with a requirement to work in the office at least three days per week.
- Compensation: $30 per hour.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June to August).
