About the role#
This summer internship offers a chance to gain experience in private wealth and investment management. You will work with the Business Development team to learn how the firm identifies and cultivates new clients. The program includes networking events, a final group project, and exposure to professionals across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Support a wide range of daily activities and perform in a professional manner.
- Work collaboratively alongside managers and specialists.
- Perform foundational sourcing, prospecting, and client development tasks.
- Gain insight into the wealth and investment management businesses.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor degree program as a rising senior, graduating between May 2028 and December 2028.
- Preference for Business Administration majors.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a client facing role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to your work.
- Ability to analyze details, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Capability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June to August).
- Modality: Hybrid (minimum of three days per week in the office).
- Compensation: $30 per hour.
