About the role#
The PNC Wealth Management Summer Intern program is a 10-week, full-time opportunity designed to provide students with real-world experience in the financial services industry. Interns gain exposure to the firm's wealth management strategy, which focuses on goals-based financial planning and personalized guidance for a wide range of clients.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a structured internship program within a specific line of business.
- Observe and explore core functions, including financial planning, relationship building, product management, and operations.
- Gain firsthand exposure to the firm's approach to serving client saving, investing, and retirement needs.
- Develop professional skills while complementing academic education with practical job experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program, with junior status.
- Preferred majors include Finance, Economics, Business Administration, IT, or International Studies.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Demonstrated competencies in analytical thinking, attention to detail, effective communication, and initiative.
- Ability to work in an on-site environment.
