About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program within the Corporate and Institutional Banking organization. You will gain exposure to various business units, including Asset and Liability Management, the Capital Markets Group, and Investment Banking. You will work in a team environment, complete tasks, and collaborate with senior managers on major projects.
What you'll do#
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, including business and industry risk evaluation.
- Conduct cash flow analysis and projected financial modeling to sharpen your analytical skills.
- Participate in a practical and technical curriculum designed to enhance your work experience.
- Apply your knowledge to drive business results, including deal and process support.
- Engage in networking, mentoring, job shadowing, and community outreach.
What you'll need#
- You must be working toward a Bachelor's degree with junior status.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2 is required.
- Preferred majors include Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resources, or Computer Science.
- You should possess relevant skills and a strong interest in corporate and institutional banking.

- This is a full-time, paid position.
- The role is based in Los Angeles, CA; Pittsburgh, PA; Houston, TX; Philadelphia, PA; Chicago, IL; New York, NY; or Cleveland, OH.
- Work modality is on-site or hybrid, depending on manager discretion and business needs.
