About the role#
This 10-week summer internship provides hands-on experience within the Technology organization at PNC. Interns are aligned to specific projects in Engineering or Data to gain exposure to rapid development principles and innovation tactics. You will work under supervision to support core group activities, including tasks such as machine learning development, process automation, infrastructure provisioning, and API servicing.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to projects that support new and existing business capabilities.
- Apply academic knowledge to drive business results through process support or internal project work.
- Participate in social learning, including networking with peers and business representatives, mentoring, and job shadowing.
- Gain a unique perspective on how technology drives the financial services industry.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program, with sophomore or junior status.
- Preferred majors include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Data Science.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and attention to detail.
