About the role#
This internship offers an introduction to the Multifamily Finance industry through PNC's agency and balance sheet lending platforms. Participants gain exposure to Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac Optigo, and FHA lending, alongside construction and bridge financing. The program serves as a direct pipeline for the Corporate & Institutional Banking Real Estate Development Program. This is a full-time, paid summer internship.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations related to underwriting, including portfolio administration, periodic reviews, due diligence, and loan documentation.
- Assist with sales functions such as pre-call planning, client research, pre-screening, and loan structuring.
- Work directly with the relationship team and senior management to understand the deal-making process.
- Engage in social learning by networking with peers and business representatives, participating in mentoring, and job shadowing.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with junior status.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Preferred majors include Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or Statistics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and detail-oriented skills.

- This is an on-site role based in either Calabasas, California, or Dallas, Texas.
- The program duration is 10 weeks during the Summer of 2026.
