About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program within the Retail Product Innovation organization. Interns gain exposure to the strategic side of banking products and services, ranging from identifying customer needs to design, development, and deployment. You will work alongside seasoned professionals to solve real banking problems and build an executive presence.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a comprehensive learning curriculum and mentorship program.
- Collaborate with fellow interns to deliver a final capstone project that addresses a real customer need.
- Network with business representatives and peers across product management, digital design, technology, and operations.
- Gain hands-on experience with the product lifecycle and understand how changes impact the firm, its customers, and shareholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with Junior status.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Preferred majors include Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or Psychology.
- Ability to demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
