About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program within the Business Credit organization. Interns gain exposure to asset-based lending through a rotational experience that supports deal, sales, and process activities. This is a full-time, paid position designed to provide real-world experience and professional development.
What you'll do#
- Support internal and external customer service by assisting with problem resolution and taking accountability.
- Perform core business activities, including deal support, sales support, and internal project work.
- Network with peers and business representatives across the organization.
- Participate in mentoring and job shadowing opportunities.
- Engage in social learning and community outreach activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
- Junior status with a minimum GPA of 3.2.
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for commuting to customer locations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work on-site.
