About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship based in Pittsburgh. You will join the Finance and Realty Services organization to gain experience across the Source to Pay process. You will be assigned to one of three teams: Enterprise Third Party Management, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management Operations. This role provides a view of how a professional supply chain organization functions.
What you'll do#
- Assist the team with critical daily activities.
- Participate in core tasks such as supplier risk reviews, sourcing, and negotiations.
- Support contract processing and supplier payment workflows.
- Network with business representatives and peers.
- Engage in mentoring, job shadowing, and community outreach initiatives.
- Apply your academic knowledge to drive business results under supervision.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with junior status.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Preferred majors include Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, Logistics, Business Law, Accounting, or Finance.
- Ability to demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
