About the role#
PKF O'Connor Davies is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services intern for the Summer 2027 term. You will work alongside managers and partners to provide financial and operational analysis for buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements.
What you'll do#
- Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity and corporate buyers.
- Analyze historical financial statements to identify sustainable earnings across various industries, such as manufacturing and distribution.
- Evaluate operational trends.
- Maintain high professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of basic auditing and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related computer applications.
- Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound recommendations.
- Capacity to meet challenging client requirements and work additional hours when necessary.

- Compensation: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour.
