About the role#
The Winter Tax Co-op Internship provides students with hands-on experience in public accounting. You will join an industry group to support client engagements during the busy season. This is a full-time, paid position running from mid-January to mid-April 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist in providing tax services to clients.
- Prepare tax returns and manage tax scanning tasks.
- Work as a team member on diverse client engagements.
- Build professional relationships with clients and internal staff.
- Develop a working knowledge of firm-standard microcomputer applications.
- Follow firm policies and procedures while demonstrating basic technical tax knowledge.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university Co-op program.
- Completion of at least 75% of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well within a team.
- Commitment to 37.5 hours per week, including availability for weekend work when necessary.
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

- Compensation: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
