About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027. You will join an industry group to work on client engagements and gain hands-on experience in public accounting. The program runs for eight weeks, from mid-June through early August.
What you'll do#
- Assist in providing quality audit services to clients.
- Draft financial statements using the prescribed format.
- Prepare portions of audit, review, and compilation engagements.
- Help clients with routine accounting functions.
- Conduct a market research project and present your findings to firm leadership.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least 75% of a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited university.
- Demonstrated progress toward CPA exam eligibility.
- Willingness to travel locally to client sites at least 80% of the time.
- Reliable access to a car or public transportation.

- This position is based in Stamford, Connecticut.
- Work is strictly on-site.
