About the role#
The Winter Tax Internship Program offers students hands-on experience in public accounting during the busy season. You will join an industry group to support our tax team, gain exposure to diverse client engagements, and learn the practical side of tax service delivery. This is a paid, part-time position running from mid-February to mid-April 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and scanning of tax documents.
- Work as a team member on various client engagements.
- Build professional relationships with both clients and firm employees.
- Follow firm policies and procedures to maintain professional standards.
What you'll need#
- You must have completed at least 75% of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited university.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Flexibility to work weekends when necessary.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in Bethesda, Maryland.
- The internship is part-time and paid.
- We are not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
