About the role#
Phillips Edison & Company is hiring an Accounts Payable Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site at our Cincinnati, Ohio office. You will report to the Accounts Payable Manager and the Senior Treasury Manager while collaborating with the broader finance team.
What you'll do#
- Code and process Accounts Payable invoices.
- Help resolve internal and external helpdesk requests related to accounts payable.
- Monitor the invoice approval process to ensure everything stays on schedule.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and other special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- You are a current university student in a degree-seeking program.
- Your major is Accounting or a business-related field.
- You maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
- You have strong organizational skills and can handle multiple priorities at once.
- You work well both independently and as part of a team.
