About the role#
The Information Technology Intern will report to the Technical Support Manager at our Cincinnati, Ohio office. You will work alongside the Desktop Support Specialist and other IT team members to maintain our internal systems and support our staff. This is a full-time, on-site internship for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Manage and complete help desk tickets.
- Provide direct desktop support to end users.
- Install and troubleshoot various applications.
- Handle Office 365 setup and administration.
- Assist with the PC refresh project and the rollout of the Microsoft Teams phone system.
- Support functional team duties such as systems integration design, vendor software configuration, and technology research.
- Perform Windows Server administration and network infrastructure configuration.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student in a degree-seeking program.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a business-related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a proven capacity to balance multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
