About the role#
The Information Technology Intern role is a full-time, paid position based in our Cincinnati, Ohio office for the Summer 2027 term. You will report to the Technical Support Manager and collaborate with our Desktop Support Specialist and other IT team members on daily operations and infrastructure projects.
What you'll do#
- Manage help desk tickets and provide end user desktop support.
- Handle application installation and troubleshooting.
- Assist with Office 365 setup and administration.
- Support Windows Server administration tasks.
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switching and routing.
- Participate in the PC refresh project and the Microsoft Teams phone system rollout.
- Help with systems integration design, vendor software setup, and technology research.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program.
- Academic focus in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a business-related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Cincinnati.
- Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple priorities.
