About the role#
As a Technology Intern, you will help build the software tools that power our proprietary platform. You will work alongside full-time engineers on enterprise-level projects that support our sales and research teams across various real estate marketplaces. Every intern is paired with a dedicated mentor to support your technical development, career growth, and day-to-day learning throughout the program.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to meaningful business initiatives.
- Gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level software engineering.
- Collaborate with full-time engineers on technical projects.
- Learn to build high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Explore technologies such as Java, C#.NET, Python, AWS, and various web frameworks.
- Engage with emerging concepts including AI, machine learning, and data science.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable major.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Planning to return to school after the Summer 2027 internship concludes.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Ability to commit to a 40-hour work week for the full 10-week program.
- Experience applying programming languages, databases, or cloud concepts through coursework, projects, or prior internships.
- Familiarity with Agile practices, the Software Development Lifecycle, and web services like REST or GraphQL.
- Demonstrated initiative and experience collaborating on team-based work.
- Must be eligible to work full-time in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Sunnyvale, California.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (Monday to Thursday in-office, with the option to work from home on Friday).
- Compensation: $40 - $45 per hour.
