About the role#
This is a full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in our Cincinnati office. You will support the Portfolio Management department in managing properties to maximize financial returns. You will report to an Associate Vice President of Portfolio Management and gain exposure to our regional portfolio while working across different teams.
What you'll do#
- Update property dashboards, including writing SWOT summaries.
- Work on ESG and GRESB projects.
- Assist with data science initiatives for the department.
- Coordinate State of the Region presentations.
- Monitor the Tenant Open Tracking dashboard.
- Conduct property and site visits.
- Engage in cross-functional projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree-seeking program, specifically in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to interact with various internal and external groups, including senior leaders.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- The ability to work independently, with guidance, and as part of a team.
