About the role#
Phillips Edison & Company is hiring a Marketing Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will work directly with our in-house marketing team, gaining exposure to commercial real estate projects and contributing to our internal creative agency.
What you'll do#
- Assist in planning and executing marketing, communications, and promotional campaigns.
- Create and manage content for our social media channels and internal company communications.
- Analyze social media performance data.
- Work on digital media projects, including SEO, Facebook Marketing, and Google ads to support tenant leasing efforts.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate enrollment in a degree program for Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to work full-time in an on-site capacity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
