About the role#
This is a six-month paid co-op position located in Reedsville, Pennsylvania. You will gain hands-on experience in a health-tech environment while supporting manufacturing processes and departmental operations. This role requires full-time, on-site presence.
What you'll do#
- Manage dedicated departmental support processes by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Support daily activities including production flow, product quality, inventory management, and technical support.
- Research industry trends and best practices to provide insights for ongoing projects.
- Analyze project data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Participate in team meetings and document detailed minutes to track decisions and action items.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Science, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office software.
- Experience with statistics is a plus.
- US work authorization is required. The company does not provide visa sponsorship.
