About the role#
We are hiring an Accounting Student for our Winnipeg district within the Canadian Buildings sector. This is a paid, full-time position starting in January 2027 for a 4-month term, with the possibility of extending to 8 or 12 months.
What you'll do#
- Enter invoices into the accounting system.
- Perform bank and Visa card reconciliations.
- Manage inter-company invoicing and reconcile supplier statements.
- Handle courier and phone costing.
- Run and update financial reports.
- Prepare accounts receivable reports.
- Manage weekly cheque printing.
- Assist with client progress billings and subcontract administration.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration program.
- Ability to use computer software including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
