Case Management Office Intern

About the role#

The Case Management Office (CMO) Intern will support the Intake & Agency Reporting Team within the Compliance Excellence organization. This role focuses on optimizing management controls, work plans, and training to ensure timely and accurate responses to regulatory agencies. Interns will assist in implementing Lean Six Sigma and PMP methodologies to drive compliance excellence across internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do#

• Facilitate and manage data requests for the team.
• Assist in preparing reports and managing dashboards.
• Support process development and documentation.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals to learn about compliance and the broader Electric Engineering organization.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field at an accredited university.
• Must be continuing education towards a degree during and after the internship.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative and major GPA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
