About the role#
The Case Management Office (CMO) operates within the Intake and Agency Reporting Team. This group manages responses to regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with safety and reliability standards. As an intern, you will assist in optimizing work plans, management controls, and training standards. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support the implementation of project management and process improvement methodologies.
What you'll do#
- Manage and facilitate data requests for the team.
- Prepare reports and maintain project dashboards.
- Assist with process development and documentation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time Bachelor or Master degree program in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
- You must continue your education during and after the summer 2026 internship.
- A cumulative and major GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
