Procurement Business Partners (PBPs) serve as a vital link between the procurement team and the broader business. As an intern, you will support efforts to improve operational efficiency, document management, and process clarity within the PBP organization. This role focuses on data governance, toolkit optimization, and the development of resources that help the team align procurement strategies with business objectives.
What you'll do#
- Organize, clean, and maintain SharePoint folders and files to improve document accuracy, version control, and team accessibility.
- Review the PBP Playbook from a user perspective to identify gaps, clarify instructions, and provide actionable feedback.
- Create high-impact, one-page process guides to assist PBPs in preparing for Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs).
- Audit the current PBP toolkit to identify outdated or underused templates and recommend materials for archival or updates.
- Develop simplified diagrams for key procurement processes, including MSA, CWA, Change Orders, BPO, and SOW, to clarify stakeholder handoffs and decision points.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by performing data discovery and analysis to identify opportunities to streamline procurement-related processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Communications, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field at an accredited university.
- Must be continuing education toward a degree during or after the internship.
- A minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.0.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Compensation: $20.88 – $36.42 per hour
