About the role#
The Business Performance Intern will provide operational support for the Electric Engineering organization. This is a full-time, paid summer 2026 internship based in Oakland, California. The role follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation to be in the office four days per week.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the team on various issues, projects, and activities.
- Assist with the implementation process for project and program initiatives.
- Create comprehensive technical reports and develop business cases.
- Prepare professional documentation, including letters, forms, meeting summaries, presentations, and memorandums.
- Develop data metrics, identify data attributes, and document data sources and methodologies.
- Perform data analysis, produce models, and generate actionable insights.
- Support regulatory compliance activities and maintain tracking systems.
- Compile inventory information and update the SAP asset registry.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related field at an accredited university.
- Must be continuing education toward a degree during or after the internship.
- Programming experience.
