About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the Global HR Services team. You will work alongside HR professionals on projects across benefits, compensation, HR technology, and talent acquisition. The position begins in May 2027 and is designed for students pursuing a career in human resources.
What you'll do#
- Support the Global HR Services team with case management and Workday business processes.
- Research and resolve team member inquiries on various HR topics.
- Help administer and analyze Global Compensation programs, including compliance audits and job evaluations.
- Create and distribute communication materials for Benefits Annual Enrollment.
- Assist with testing and reporting within HR technology systems.
- Develop knowledge articles to improve self-service resources for team members.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program for human resource management or a related field.
- A graduation date scheduled after May 2028.
- Ability to relocate or travel to Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- The ability to learn new software programs quickly.

- Modality: This position offers on-site, hybrid, or remote options. Remote work arrangements can be discussed if you are relocating for the school year.
- Status: This is a paid, part-time internship.
