About the role#
As a Customer Support Business Analyst Intern, you will work on the customer support technology roadmap at Oshkosh Corporation. You will help align technology goals with AI strategy and business objectives. This role involves analyzing current workflows to find ways to streamline processes and improve support capacity. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver improvements that help both agents and customers.
What you'll do#
- Identify and prioritize milestones for the customer support technology roadmap.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer self-service capabilities.
- Analyze support processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Support the integration of Human in the Loop AI solutions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
- Contribute to the design of a single pane of glass interface for agents.
- Assist in optimizing knowledge center services.
- Help increase support capacity and identify opportunities to market products to new channels.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Basic understanding of AI principles, automation tools, and technology integration.
- Experience or coursework in agile project management and sprint planning.
- Proactive problem-solving skills to address bottlenecks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Interest in the Construction, Agriculture, or Horticulture industries.
- Familiarity with customer support platforms like Zendesk or Salesforce.
- Exposure to AI-driven support tools such as chatbots.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI and business analysis tools like JIRA or Confluence.
