About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Texas. You will join our People team to support core HR initiatives and help improve our internal programs. We are looking for students available for at least 12 weeks during the Winter or Summer 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding training.
- Manage enrollment, attendance, travel, and materials for onboarding programs.
- Create content for Learning and Development platforms.
- Analyze data to help improve employee engagement.
- Standardize HR processes and programs.
- Administer solutions for benefits delivery.
- Support the overall employee onboarding experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on-site for a minimum of 12 weeks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A resourceful, analytical, and curious mindset.
- Ability to adapt to change and take initiative.
- Previous internship experience or project management experience is a plus.
