About the role#
Teachers’ Venture Growth (TVG) focuses on late-stage venture and growth equity investments. The team invests in companies that use technology to disrupt existing markets. As an intern, you will work with investment professionals to evaluate emerging themes, technologies, and sectors. You will be involved in the full transaction process, from due diligence to the final investment memo.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate investment opportunities by assessing key performance indicators and metrics.
- Conduct financial analysis and support commercial due diligence.
- Develop financial models and perform market analysis.
- Research new and emerging technologies, sectors, and trends.
- Coordinate and centralize data from multiple sources.
- Apply data cleansing and analytics methods to the investment process.
- Assist in the preparation of Investment Committee and internal memos.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or Masters student in business, computer science, engineering, or data science.
- Strong academic record.
- Financial and analytical skills, including accounting knowledge and financial modeling.
- Experience working with data.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You must be enrolled in a co-op program or returning to studies after the work term.

- Term: January 2027 to December 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $30 - $34 per hour.
- Status: Full-time paid internship.
