About the role#
This is a four-month internship within the Private Capital Direct Investing team. You will support the team in delivering retirement security to our members while gaining experience in investment strategies. This position runs during the summer of 2027 and is based in Toronto.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to investment analysis and the development of strategies.
- Assist in the management of private capital investments.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and student-led team building events.
What you'll need#
- Experience and qualifications in investment.
- Current enrollment in a program related to Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada.
- A resume and a copy of your transcripts for your application.
- Completion of a pre-recorded digital interview within 48 hours of submitting your application.

- Compensation: $30 to $34 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
