    About the role#

    As a Data Engineering Intern, you will be embedded within a team to work on high-impact projects. You will gain hands-on experience by applying data engineering principles to solve large-scale problems while collaborating with data scientists, analysts, product managers, and senior engineers.

    What you'll do#

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical needs into scalable data solutions.
    • Design, build, deploy, and maintain robust data pipelines.
    • Create data products that address complex business questions.
    • Learn and implement data modeling best practices.
    • Improve the automation and scalability of complex data sets.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently enrolled in a full-time M.S. or Ph.D. program in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
    • Expected graduation date of December 2026, Summer 2027, or later.
    • Must be returning to school for at least one semester or quarter following the completion of the internship.
    • Solid programming proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
    • Strong foundational knowledge of SQL and data structures and algorithms.

    • Modality: On-site.
