About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site in Minnesota to support our HR team across various focus areas, including talent acquisition, compensation, and training. You will be paired with a mentor to guide your work throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Support multiple teams with daily tasks and ongoing projects.
- Attend meetings and conduct research to support department initiatives.
- Gather data, perform benchmarking, and draft internal communications.
- Assist with annual HR processes, such as onboarding and performance review cycles.
- Create and review job descriptions for both professional and trade positions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate, four-year degree program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience is preferred.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to show initiative and lead tasks independently.
- A positive, professional attitude and solid customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
