About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site in Minnesota, gaining hands-on experience by supporting project teams and subcontractors. This role is designed to provide exposure to construction operations and project management.
What you'll do#
- Champion safety requirements to maintain a zero-injury environment.
- Manage construction change orders.
- Process shop drawings, submittals, and requests for information (RFI).
- Assist with purchase orders and subcontractor agreements.
- Collaborate with the team during preconstruction and pre-installation meetings.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a four-year degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Willingness to be mobile or relocate as needed.
- A current driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Comfort working in environments with exposure to dirt, heat, noise, dust, and trailer offices.
- Previous related internship experience is preferred.
