About the role#
Mortenson is seeking ITS Analyst Interns to join our Information Technology Solutions department. You will work with teams supporting Data, AI, and HCM/ERP solutions to help further organizational goals. This is a full-time, paid internship for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Lead and participate in group projects.
- Define and implement new processes while refining existing ones.
- Create and maintain system and end user documentation.
- Collaborate with other teams to make recommendations on the efficient use of application features.
- Build professional relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate four-year degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Junior standing is preferred.
- Previous internship experience is preferred.
- A basic understanding of construction and generally accepted business practices.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
