About the role#
The Equipment Solutions Intern supports the construction process by managing equipment rentals and site services. You will work with internal teams, trade partners, and vendors to optimize equipment assets. This role provides administrative and analytical support to ensure project goals are met.
What you'll do#
- Plan and procure equipment for construction projects.
- Process equipment requests, transactions, and billing for internal and third-party rentals.
- Manage the software systems used for equipment tracking and rentals.
- Handle contract document management and consumable purchasing.
- Coordinate logistics and provide receiving support.
- Gain exposure to crane selection, equipment sizing, and vendor bidding.
- Observe equipment facility operations and field construction processes.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial).
- Undergraduate junior status is preferred.
- Previous internship experience is preferred.
- A basic understanding of construction and business practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organize, handle competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
- A professional attitude and customer service skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
